The highly anticipated annual EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival is returning for the 18th time on November 4 – 9, 2019. The festival features culinary collaborations between award-winning local and special guest chefs from across Canada and the United States.
This year’s events include:
EAT! Vancouver is supporting the BC Cancer Foundation this year, and the net proceeds from the festival are donated back to this cause.
As most events are sold out quickly, there are still tickets available for the EAT! Pastry Day events.
Taking place at Vancouver Club on Saturday, Nov 9th, 2019, the events will start with the Exclusive Demo with Thomas Haas (12:00 pm – 1:30 pm), when chef Thomas Haas will be sharing 3 signature recipes from his restaurant, followed by the Expert Tasting Panel ( 1:45 pm – 2:45pm), as guests will get to meet award-winning chefs and chocolatiers such as Thomas Haas, Christophe Bonzon, Greg Hook and Adam Chandler, and taste dessert samples plated in front of them, as chefs speak to their inspiration in creating their dish. The Grand Tasting Event will take place 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, when the sweet excitement will begin with 15 featured pastry chefs and chocolatiers, showcasing their amazing creations.
