Yin Du Wonton Noodle, San Francisco

My cousin Cecilia and her dad were debating where to take me and my mom for wonton noodle soup in Chinatown. I was curious to find out how this iconic Cantonese dish would taste in San Francisco. While her dad insisted on going to ABC cafe, she convinced us to give Yin Du Wonton Noodle a try. She also highly recommended their Blanched Pork Liver.

The noodle soup itself was pretty weak. The noodles were not very chewy and felt very boring in my month texture wise. The wonton dumplings were quite tiny and tasteless where can i buy valium too. Overall, I have found this dish hardley comparable to any of the versions that we have in Vancouver. The pork liver dish however, was quite tasty with liver perfectly cooked and seasoned with their house made sweet light soy sauce. And adding the green onion shreds on top was a nice touch.
