Besides wonton and noodles (mein) dishes, McKim has a great variety of other dishes as well. Yes it could get really busy there and they always seem understaffed, but the food is always consistent.<\/p>\n

I took my mom there for a Friday dinner. We were there right before 7pm so it was not terribly packed yet.<\/p>\n

We ordered the shrimp wontons as we always had. They were just the perfect little jewels that bursting fresh seafood flavours in the mouth.<\/p>\n

Deep fried squab was such a beautiful delicacy but for $14.99 it was a little small.<\/p>\n

This was a new dish that we had just discovered: Steamed Ling Cod on Tofu. There were also shreds of pork and shiitake mushroom on top of ling cod fillets. When we took a bite of all 3 layers of pork, levitra buy <\/a> fish and tofu, the combination of flavours and textures was just perfect. A round of applause well deserved!<\/p>\n

Beef Chow Fun (fried flat rice noodles) had been one of my all time favorite of Cantonese comfort food: tender beef strips, crunchy bean sprout, and noodles soft but still slightly chewy. The only small variation of this classic dish here at McKim is that they use a thinner flat noodle that looks almost like the one in pho.<\/p>\n
