The legendary\u00a0Water St. Cafe<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 just celebrated their 30 years of establishment. located in the heart of the historic\u00a0Gastown<\/a>\u00a0right across the world famous steam clock, the restaurant is known for serving classic Italian dishes with pacific northwest influence. They have been an amazing supporter of bc wines and craft distilleries , which is reflected in their comprehensive menu featuring many premium BC wines and hand crafted cocktails. It is quite amazing for Vancouver Gourmet Club<\/a> to have the iconic restaurant featured in their upcoming\u00a0Gastown Cocktail Crawl<\/a>.\u00a0 I came here with Areta (@foodgressing<\/a>) to have a taste of what they will offer to the event guests.\u00a0 The cocktails are exclusively created for the event, and most likely going to on the menu after. Here are the cocktails.<\/p>\n

Odd Society Wallflower Gin, Odd Society Cr\u00e8me de Cassis, Fresh Blackberries Lemon Zest<\/p>\n

“Isabel\u2019s Mulled Wine will warm your soul”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sons of Vancouver Amaretto No. 82, Okanagan Bordeaux Blend, Cinnamon Cloves Star Anise Honeyed Orange<\/p>\n

The guests are getting a treat of the best craft spirits produced in BC, such as\u00a0Sons of Vancouver<\/a>,\u00a0Odd Society<\/a>, and the\u00a0Wood Spirit Co<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The classic Italian trifle<\/p>\n
