Another burger joint + food truck in downtown Vancouver!

The location was prime: The Burger Bus Vancouver was right in front of Granville train station. The colorful painting of the burger bus really caught my eyes. The label ‘Organic’ label worked its magic to make everyone feel less guilty on indulging themselves with beef burger pleasure. The prices of burgers were not bad. The 2 more basic burgers: organic angus and bison were $6.50. Their variations: Hawaii burger with Angus and Jalapeno Bison were $7.50. And the rest, pork burger and chicken burger were $7.50 as well. Cheese was 50 cents extra. And a patty was only $1 extra.

I ordered a double bison burger with no cheese. But once I bit into it, I kind of regretted of not having ordered cheese. The bison patties were pretty lean and a slice of cheese could have added some yummy fat to make a much better bite off the double patties. Nevertheless, the burger was well-seasoned and delicious. There were still fresh green bits of herbs spotted in the patties. The flavours were rich and superb. the buns could be charred a little longer but they definitely held the juicy ingredients pretty well. I would definitely come back here to try the other items.
